First visit

Who needs to sign a waiver?

Every participant needs a signed liability waiver before playing. Guests 18 and older sign their own, and only a parent or legal guardian can sign for a child under 18, so you can’t sign for someone else’s child. Waivers can be completed online or at the park and stay on file once signed.

Do I sign the waiver before or after buying?

Before, if you can. Funzilla’s rules require a signed waiver before purchase and play. Sign online for every jumper, then buy tickets for your start time.

Are grip socks required?

Yes, for all jumpers, with no exceptions. Only Funzilla grip socks are allowed, and they cost $3.50 a pair. They’re reusable, so bring them back on your next visit. Socks are sold separately from jump passes. Birthday party packages already include socks for party jumpers.

Who needs a ticket? Do babies and toddlers pay?

Everyone 2 and up needs a jump pass. Kids 1 and under are free with a paying adult but still need Funzilla grip socks. Adults who are only watching don’t need a pass.

Can I bring my own food or drinks?

No. Outside food and drinks aren’t allowed, but our snack bar serves pizza, hot dogs, pretzels and more. The one exception is birthday parties, where hosts can bring desserts like a cake or cupcakes, plus vegetable and fruit trays.

Do I need a reservation, or can I walk in?

Walk-ins are welcome when there’s space, but capacity is limited, so we recommend buying tickets online in advance. Birthday parties always need a reservation and a 50% non-refundable deposit.

Are all attractions always open?

All attractions are scheduled to be open during regular hours, but some may close for a private event or maintenance. If one attraction, like Laser Tag or VR, is the reason for your trip, call us before you come.

Can I drop my kids off?

Children under 16 cannot be dropped off without an adult.

Tickets & paying

Is there an entrance fee?

No. You only pay for the kids or adults using the attractions.

Do spectators or parents have to pay?

No. Parents, grandparents and caregivers who are just watching come in free. Only guests using the attractions need a pass.

Do you offer a military discount?

Yes. We offer 10% off regular open jump rates with a valid military ID. It isn’t valid on specials, parties or other discounts.

My coupon excludes holidays. What counts as a holiday?

As a rule of thumb, any day the local school district is closed for a holiday or break. That includes, but isn’t limited to, New Year’s Day, MLK Day, Presidents’ Day, Spring Break, Easter, Eid al-Fitr, Memorial Day, Juneteenth, the Fourth of July, Labor Day, Rosh Hashanah, Yom Kippur, Diwali, Election Day, Veterans Day, teacher grading days, Thanksgiving break and Christmas break. Call ahead to confirm before using a coupon.

Can I get a refund if I can’t make it?

Tickets are non-refundable and all sales are final. Unused tickets stay in your account for up to one year, so call or email us with a new date and time.

Do you accept Apple Pay?

Yes, we accept Apple Pay.

Do you have guest Wi-Fi?

Yes, we do!

Birthday parties

What time should I arrive for the party?

Arrive no earlier than 15 minutes before your start time.

Is the cake included?

We don’t provide the cake, but we provide all paper goods: large plates, cake plates, forks, napkins and tablecloths. Your party host will have a cake cutter and lighter ready.

Do you have a refrigerator and freezer?

Yes, both are available on site.

What’s the decorations and balloon policy?

You’re welcome to decorate during your party, but nothing can be taped or hung on the walls. We don’t allow confetti, silly string or piñatas, and all balloons need a weighted base. Breaking these rules means a $100 cleaning fee.

What is the gratuity?

A mandatory 10% gratuity is added to the full bill. It goes directly to the staff who took care of your event.

I need to cancel my party. Can I get a refund?

Deposits are non-refundable, but you can reschedule. Rescheduling is free up to 2 days before the party, and a $50 fee applies within 48 hours.
